Install this update to add a Tools tab to the System Configuration Utility (msconfig.exe).

Get It

This update may not have appeared in the regular menus of Windows Updates, and if you are a user of MsConfig you may wish to apply this update.

I have to confess that reading this I was initially, confused:

"Tnails? Does he mean Trails?"
