It want someone to tell me it will be ok and I can do things I think I can't do. When is wanting reassurance pathological and when is it ok? That is what I struggle with, a healthy balance. Or is it possible to try to balance things when you have OCD? Do you have to take a hardline stance of just telling the OCD it's just thoughts? Is it ever ok to want someone to help or tell you things can work out?
