Need medicare Information

To anyone who can provide me with any information about medicare coverage for mental illness, will be greatly appreciated.
My son has medicare coverage part a&b. He desperately needs some kind of therapy. He's been seen by psychiarists provided by the county here in texas and is being prescribed the meds only,but they don't provide any kind of psycho-therapy. If there's anyone who knows anything about this matter, i would appreciated very much. Thank you. sincerely, BK
