Thanks for posting this.I was just talking to my adult son about ADHD a few days ago.I encouraged him to maybe seek out a professional to discuss it,told him that just because he's an adult it doesn't mean he's not ADHD anymore and that getting help with it might improve areas of his life he struggles with.
Most people think it's just something that kids struggle with,including my son.
Another valuable ADHD resource I use frequently, because it contains a wealth of information and ongoing resources is ADDitude Magazine. Their website contains a lot of information on adult ADHD, and if your son subscribes to their mailing list, he will receive a selection of new information on a regular basis.
In my view, ADDitude is one of the best ADHD resources on the internet, that I am aware of.
