Not-so-new member coming back

Hi there. This is sort of a re-entrance to the forum for me. I joined back in 2005 to get some advice on my career. Since then, I found a job working with mentally ill adults. I was working in a group home as a Residential Counselor & then just recently accepted a promotion to be a caseworker & have been doing that for 3 months.

I'm coming back to share ideas, hear other's stories so I know how to better help my consumers & to understand better the community I work with everyday. It feels so good to be here!
