Power outage since midnight last night

No power since midnight and it will probably be even long before power is restored out everywhere uggg hope it is on soon worried about older people

I am sorry. That is awful especially for older people. Hoping it comes back on soon for everyone. Hoping everyone is able to get somewhere safe and warm.

The freezing rain has been hitting Ottawa for the past hour or so on top of a good few cms of snow... I hope people wait for it all to clear before trying to travel.

Wow, hope things settle down over there soon. I don't even have the heat to complain about at the moment, the week has been mild. Take care!

They have set up place to go to get warm at clarington center in newcastle but for people who did not have power they will not know abt the center i worry abt old people and the very young too newborns
