I'm not sure what you mean by "control".

For people sufferiing from depression, certain anxiety disorders, or eating disorders, appetite may be disrupted in various ways. If that is the case, medications like prozac may help to normalize the individual's appetite. I don't know if I would describe that as "appetite control", however... it's more a question of treating the condition that is interefering with normal eating for that individual.
