The heart of relationship needs expressed in a children's book. Dr Seuss quote that speaks to me "You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. You are the guy who'll decide where to go." and for mindfulness "Today is gone. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one".
Sorry just one more " Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple." And no I don't work in an elementary school...
