[How do I] Save Video Capture

Is there a way to save or capture video from an internet site played locally using Adobe Flash?

An example would be to save a video on Facebook that I would like to save to my hard drive to play from my hard drive.

I have a program on my computer that enables me to do that Steve. But I have a Mac...

What about something like Quickplay?

I've seen references to various utilities that do that. I think they basically retrieve the copy from your browser cache.
