I've been suffering from seasonal depression for awhile now. I hate this time of year and always get really depressed around this time. As soon as summer ends, I start feeling really down. I don't even really fully know why.. but the last few months, this month being the worst, I've been really depressed and crying for no reason and just generally feeling like crap.

For those of you who suffer from SAD.. how do you get through these awful months? What keeps you going? How do you cope while being this depressed? What gets you through the day? I just feel like sleeping the days away and not having to face reality.

I hate this. I really do :(

Have you ever tried or considered "Light Therapy" that uses a special light box to augment the amount of sun's rays during winter months when sun exposure is less?
