Skype: Adding a Second Camera

I'd like to add a second camera so when I am having a video conversation using the built in camera on my laptop, I could switch to or add the image of a remote camera that would show the view from the window of the place I am currently located for the benefit of my Skype correspondent.

Is it possible to do this with Skype and how would it be accomplished? Does Skype support more than one camera? Is there a mixer utility that might be used?

What kind of camera best accomplishes this task (if it can be done)?

I've never really used Skype myself, but found a website for MultiCam which may or may not work: MultiCam for video chat with multiple cameras
By the look of their setup, they have multiple webcams.
