I think that lack of knowledge and understanding make it complicated. Most people I talk with about suicide speak from a very limited perspective and when I ask for and/or offer actual facts and information they are shocked. Sometimes I think that it is as simple as kindness and compassion - sometimes even one single person can make a difference. :heart: Mari

I agree with you Mari sometimes it only takes one person to say they care or to say that you matter but someimes all the compassion and care in the world just doesn't help. I don't know why but it doesn't
