Here?s a tip to help you relax and enter a calm and focused state. Visualize being in a deep majestic forest when it is raining. Hear the rain falling down from the dark clouds and bouncing off of every leaf and branch onto the forest floor. See the dark clouds covering the forest like a ceiling to your own private forest living room. Notice that there are absolutely no sounds except for the sound of the rain drops dripping onto the foliage. Notice that since it is raining; everything has become a richer color. See how green the leaves, moss and grass are. See how dark brown the bark of the trees and the soil is. Notice that there are absolutely no insects, birds or animals to be seen or heard. It is just an empty forest with you as the only guest. Feel the coolness of the air. Look at the mist floating passed the tall tree trunks and the rugged mountains rising up behind the trees. Feel the rain drops drip onto your shoulders and sooth the tension. There is no sound and therefore no noise to distract you. Go to this place whenever you need to relax or escape for a while. Imagine that you are in this place and that all of your goals have already been accomplished. You have a large and loving family and your finances are well taken care of. You have accomplished great things that mark you out in the history books as someone who really made a difference. You have reached a point where you can happily pass away. In this forest you are free and you are truly alive.
