I was at the pharmacy today and found a pamphlet for Universal Medical ID. They are available in Canada, USA, UK and Australia.

This ID does not have a yearly fee attached to it, at least not in Canada (please read the information carefully). There is lots of space for information on the ID itself.

With the risk of drug interactions I have always felt it was important to wear ID, in case there is a time when I cannot speak for myself.

Unfortunately, a few years ago, MedAlert attached a yearly membership fee to their service which I could not afford.

This ID seems promising and I am going to order one for myself.

I thought maybe you folks might be interested too.
