We have members and volunteer staff in various time zones, but as you might expect, people are not sitting at their keyboards all day/night long. Psychlinks does not provide "live chat response" but rather responses to forum postings in reasonable time. Considering you got a reply in about three hours is pretty good performance, wouldn't you say?
