Agoraphobia (My battle)

This is for other members here that have agoraphobia...I had it for many years and taking one step at a time I overcame it...This is such a great group of people and I have no doubt that everyone here that has it, will someday overcome it!...That is my wish...If someone like me can do it, I KNOW you can do it!...........RIMH

I have it too, not as bad as I use to be but life is still difficult because of it, everything has to be right when I do go out, I have to plan things so Im comfortable and if things go wrong I get stressed and it gets worse. Im happy to hear you have overcome it
