Anesthesiologists put patient to sleep via video
They didn't need to go all the way to Italy. They could just have shown him a video of a parliamentary committee or any political speech in the House of Commons.
Although perhaps they feared that would put the patient under so deep that he'd never come out of it.
Anesthesiologists working in Montreal achieved what they say is a world-first accomplishment when they recently used videoconferencing to put to sleep a patient undergoing surgery in Italy.
