Negative emotions have long been considered as the main risk factor for developing heart disease, but a new study shows the manner through which the heart reacts at the time of emotional stress predicts which individuals are at risk of a cardiovascular event.
According to the study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, anger causes electrical changes leading to irregular heartbeats each time certain individuals have a blaze of anger.
