I have bad panic attacks every four days b/c I expect them every four days. They are so bad that I consider going to the hospital(I don't go I just entertain the thought). I am tired of expecting this to happen.

My imagination works against me when this happens. How can I expect to NOT have a panic attack at all?

Sorry you're going through this.I've been in your shoes and caught up in that panic cycle before and it's miserable.

I still have panic attacks,but nothing like before.What helped me more than anything was the book Hope and Help for Your Nerves,by Claire Weekes,
 
There are some good links here too hun for anxiety hard when your mind tells you all these things breathing techniques help me keep calm sometimes hugs to you
