Changes to pay periods and paydays
I thought I would post this as it is starting to affect people now. Some people who were on weekly payments are having to go to two weekly or even monthly and they are being left with out money for those weeks as money is paid in arrears. The JobCenter plus are offering loans to tide people over, but these are repayble from your benefit, some cannot afford this so are going without money. It suppose to be streamling the system but it is leaving people without and the goverment don't seem to care.
It is affecting some people I work with and to be honest for England in 2009 it is a disgraceful thing to be happening to the most vunerable and poorest in our country.
