How many calories are in your cup of joe?

A plain cup of brewed coffee contains no fat and only a couple of calories. But if your favorite coffee drink is flavored, whipped or topped, you may be drinking a good chunk of your daily calorie count.
Just 1 tablespoon of cream adds more than 5 grams of fat and 50 calories, and 1 tablespoon of sugar adds nearly 50 calories. And that 16-ounce Starbucks caffe latte? Even made with 2 percent milk, it's got 7 grams of fat and 190 calories.
