Hi All,

I have been studying DBT Skills for almost a year now and I think it would be great if we could discuss which ones work best for us. We can help fellow bdpers who are new to skills and or struggling etc. So I have started this new thread.

As you read this check your breathing.....is it shallow or deep? Every time you look at a clock check in to see if you are breath deeply. Shallow breathing means you are in an anxious, hightened or stressful state. Regulate your breathing and your will feel better in a matter of minutes.
