Drug interaction? ColdFX and Celexa

I checked the interaction site,but because Cold FX is a canadian product it didnt show up

Wondering if Ican take the two together.Cold FX main ingredient is Ginseng

i usually check with my pharmacist when i'm not sure. they should be able to tell you.

My search of Medscape for Celexa oral and Ginseng oral showed no interactions.

However, this should not be considered as the reason to use these two compounds without consulting with your pharmacist and/ or physician.

The other medications you use, both prescription and over the counter must be taken into consideration, because each of these compounds has interaction potential with other medications.

Also, you mention ginseng as being the primary ingredient of the product you are using, but there may be other ingredients that must be considered.

UPDATE-Pharmacist said that NO interactions between SSRI's and COLD FX....the only conflict would be if the person taking Cold FX has an allergy to ginseng
