How does one deal with the unknown, the uncertainty of what might happen? My brother is in Afghanastan, everyday worried for him. This medication I am on how its going to affect me. My daughters health, just everything worry. How does one stop the worrying? Sometimes I shut down try not to feel anything at all. Mostly I keep so busy I don't have time to think. I just wish things were different for everyone wish I could be more helpful. Sorry I just want things to change.
Thanks. Some of the thinking is definetly me just acknowledge my worrying for what it is, a way of thinking. Even though bad things have happen doesn't mean they will continue to.
