Good Backup Program?

Anyone have a recommendation for a good backup program that is configurable to select the desired folders/files, and does incremental backups...supported by Windows 7?

Thanks Daniel! I use a WD external drive for my data, which I have been backing up to a Maxtor external drive using One Touch III, the utility provided by now defunct Maxtor. One Touch is not being updated to work with Windows 7, so that's why I need another backup utility.

I'll check out the Microsoft offering.
