I've been divorced for over 2 years and separated from my ex for over 5, but lately having dreams about trying to get back together with her. We have two grown children together and that connection keeps us in contact which seems to be fueling these dreams.
I've had difficulty resolving the end to our relationship and 'move on with my life' when I have this continued connection to her because of the children. She hasn't done anything to make me think we might have a second chance, but I don't need much to imagine the possibility.
I'm currently in a relationship (for over 1 1/2 years) and feel I'm doing her a dis-service by not telling her my continued feelings for my ex. Should I let her know? I feel it will blow up in my face if I do. She is already jealous of her and makes comments about her parenting (or lack thereof - kids live with me).
Anyone experiencing this? I feel like a fool that I can't move on - she has and seems happy with her choices but I seem stuck.
