Hello! New to the group...

I am a therapist who has had a therapist (same one) for 20+ years. I was Dx with OCD at age 5 (am now 41) and ADHD at 19.

After working in entertainment and literary/agency world I went back to school in my 30s and got another undergrad and then went to grad school.

I do what I do now because of what was done for me “back then” and when I go to my therapy and psychiatry appointments now [emoji4]
