Hello, I'm new here... but I think David Baxter already knows me from another forum, too bad for him. :p

Anyways, I do have a bit of trouble talking about my problems... I try to deny them to myself... so... I hope I can actually be able to talk a little here... <.< >.>

Btw, i find it hard to express my feelings also due to my tendency to avoid triggering any sort of anxiety-producing state of mind. I've just started one on one cognitive-behavorial therapy last week and, starting tonight, i'm attending the first session of a 14-week program for anxiety sufferers.

I often find that other people, especially on this forum, can better express in words what i feel deep inside. It helps me feel less lonely and actually teaches me how to verbalize "feelings". Glad you joined us! :)
