I come from Spain-Europe to this support group to collaborate, to learn and, also, if possible, to be pretty useful. I started to live torsion dystonia when I was about 11. Now I am 43, so a very experienced patient who has suffered (and still suffers) not only the physical symptoms of an incurable and hard to be lived movement disorder, but also the psychologic consequences. Despite this, I feel I can help other people with my personal experience and my personal way of facing this illness now and in the past. Everyday self-acceptance is, of course, the first step. Next steps to be defined soon
