Just wanted to say i am thankful to find this forum as they do not offer DBT in my area (Arizona). My mental history go back for many years. I was just diagnosis Borderline Personality Disorder and haven't started working on any of my issues. Too many hospitalizations to count. Being diagnosised with BPD explains so much of the problems I have had in my life...bad relationship, can't hold a job, very hard om myself...etc
