How do I go back to a different skin from "Mobile" -- I was playing with the colours of the forum and clicked on the choice to go to Mobile. Now I can't go back to what it looked like before and I've been trying for about 30 minutes. Can you help a girl out?? lol

I've reset your color scheme to Psychlinks Default. Now you need to log out of the Forum at the top left of the Mobile screen, close your browser, then log back into Psychlinks.

I got myself into the same situation as you by trying the Mobile mode which may need some fine tuning to allow you to get out of it

The mobile style is mean for people browsing with smart phones.

If you should get stuck in that loop again, scroll down to the very bottom and click on | Full Site |. That will return you to the forum default style.

Um, I clicked on "Full Site" several times and it didn't revert... Maybe I just needed to clear my temporary files from my browser or something, but I swear I hit "Full Site" and about a 2 dozen other links, icons, searches, posts, etc...

It's all good now, though... Steve said he reset my settings back to default...

That's possible if the javasacript didn't fully load. In that case, hitting Ctrl<F5> or Ctrl+Click_Refresh will usually work (a "hard refresh").

What browser are you (or were you) using, JGJB?

Nothing wrong with Firefox but sometimes if the cache in one browser gets corrupted it's worth trying anther if you have another installed.

FYI Only the Style setting, which I set to Psychlinks Default to get you out of Mobile. You can then select your own preference. I didn't change any other settings in your profile.

Right, Steve. I meant you advised me you reset my Forum Skin back to default settings, I didn't mean you reset all my settings.

It's all good, and much appreciated. I selected the Emerald Sea one myself. But I don't want to fiddle around with it anymore and if I do I won't go near Mobile Style was. I figured Mobile Style was for viewing on cell phones, but I was thinking of getting an iPhone or a BB and was just curious to see what it was like, so I was playing. I had no issues going from colour to colour, it was just when I got onto Mobile Style. If hitting the "Full Site" button usually works, then it must have been my computer goofing around. I was playing in a bunch of different screens (going back from iTunes, to Facebook, to websites, to this one, to my email) so likely was my silly laptop/operating system...

Have you heard of the "PEBCAK" error? "Problem Exists Between Chair and Keyboard" lol

Or the "Eye-Dee-Ten-Tee" error? I-D-10-T... ID10T... Meaning "user error." lol

I believe if you log in with a mobile smart phone it is supposed to auto-select that style.

Right. Well I have a laptop, I have no phone that can auto-load any configuration of whatever. So I didn't need the Mobile Style. See what happens when I play with things? *sigh*
