Hi everyone or anyone who is watching. I am curious about something that happened when I was hypnotized for a phobia of stairs a while back. Apparently I am a very good candidate for this form of therapy and I prefer it as it works for me (I do trust my therapist though - she is great).

Getting back to my story. What does this mean?? I saw 3 or 4 (can't remember) of myself at different ages, eg. 4, 12, 20 but if I recall no adult.

Just curious; any ideas ??? :) K9

I don't really know anything about hypnosis therapy but, as a guess, I'd say your therapist was endeavoring to look back for the beginnings of the phobia. That would involve looking at yourself as a younger entity, thereby not including your current, adult, self. Of course, a twenty-year-old is an adult, as well...just younger than you are now. :)

Thanks for the reply ThatLady.
That seems to make sense. I was just curious to hear what someone else thought.
