I don't know what's real

I'm in a state between having vivid dreams, then opening my eyes and being awake and having visions of my dead grandmother. I don't know what's real and what's not. Maybe she is coming to me in real life.

In the last four hours, I've had 4mg Clonazepam and 80mg Clozapine.

It's very confusing and disturbing.

I wonder what is causing this. The new med maybe?

CD - ty for asking. A lot better thank you. I have found, so far, the right concoction and at which time to take the concoction. 2mg Clonazepam and 80mg Clozapine taken at 11pm. Even though I woke up last about 4am and was in some distress so they have me another 2mg Clonazepam. But most of the time, even though I'm

That was one weird nights sleep.

I feel totally shattered today even though I slept well. As soon as I got back from the mall yesterday I felt like this. Couldn't even move, was in bed laying on my back trying to get the energy to pull myself up.

Wonder if it could be the new med. My psychiatrist isn't here today to speak with her. I feel like a bit of a zombie.
