I won an ODSP appeal. Help.

Hi. I won an ODSP appeal. I was denied initially and after a while I received a hearing. I attended with the social benefits tribunal. After the hearing about 3-4 weeks after it I was sent a letter from them saying there decision was in favour of me:

"The tribunal is satisified that the appellant IS a person with a disability."

So my question is, what do I have to do now? I'm currently on Ontario Works. Will I automatically receive an ODSP cheque this coming March?

I would go in and talk to the people at Ontario Works. Bring them the letter and they will let you know when your first check for disability will arrive. They were very helpful to me when my daughter applied. Happy that you won your appeal.
