Icky pills

I shudder every time I take lithium and Prozasin. They taste nasty and I was wondering if anyone else also gets a stomachache if they don't take this with food?

You may wish to report this to your doctor.

There is moderate potential for drug / drug interaction between prasosin and lithium carbonate, especially during initiation of therapy where there may be an additive effect on blood pressure resulting in feeling faint when you stand up for example.

Although not common, abdominal pain and cramping has been reported as an adverse effect with prasosin.

How long have you been taking this combination of meds and have you ever discussed the taste and abdominal pain with your doctor?
