According to a study published in Psychological Science, there is a significant difference between the brain of believers and non-believers at the time of stress.
Religious individuals or those who simply believe in the existence of God are less likely to experience anxiety and stress in life.
Not trying to shove religion on anyone, but I just thought it would be interesting to share this study.
