Hi, I'm new to this forum thing, but thought I'd give it a try. Not sure what I'm supposed to post here. I'm 45 years old, well-educated, married for 23 years, and mom to a gifted 8-year old. I have an abusive past and deal with mainly PTSD, but am processing through that with a therapist. I'm just starting EMDR, and maybe this forum will be a place where I can process that a bit if/when I need to. Hopefully some progress can be made and it will be nice to get past the past and I look forward to a better future. Hope t
