i really love this link daniel, thanks so much for posting it. it is something i need to keep reminding myself of and i think it is so important for others to realize. it debunks the "once i accomplish this goal, then i'll be happy" myth. Of course once the goal has been accomplished you don't feel much different, and it gets replaced by another. mindfullness, living in the now, enjoying the now is what life is about (assuming of course the now isn't about just pure survival, be it emotionally or physically).

ITL, I agree.
Also agree especially with the first line of your signature:
"it is the journey, not the destination, that matters"
Actually, for me it's the learning along the journey. Growing spiritually has a lot of meaning to me :)
