I just wanted to offer my support as a way of thanking those on this forum who have helped me. I struggle with this problem too but I dont live in Montreal. Exposure to things has definitely helped me alot, I joined a gym now, have done some public speaking and go to more social events now. Its still hard but it does get easier.
