Thanks, I will talk to my DR about my options...I do know that estrogen isn't good for me, I react badly to it. The Depro Vera shots are progesteron, so I doubt the migraines would come crashing back. I just don't like what I heard about the bone density loss that is non reversable if damage is done.

Great to hear from you I was wondering how you where doing, glad to hear things are going okay, please try and give up smoking, I smoked 40 a day for many years infact since I was 11 years old!! Igave it up a few years ago, and I do feel better for it, I got lots of help from the NHS here, had my own smoking cessation nurse visit me because of my agorphobia and she helped alot, I used the patches in the end after trying other things and have setbacks, it wasnt the easiest thing I had done, but it was worth it,
