Mindfulness.net.au - Home of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Mindfulness.net.au is a valuable resource for practitioners looking for information on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MCBT). Although based in Australia and Tasmania, and featuring primarily the work of Psychologist Bruno Cayoun, the website has a good selection of practice tools and links to publications in the area that are relevant to all practitioners. Australian and Tasmanian professionals will appreciate information about local training and interest groups as well as opportunities for supervision. Of interest to me is Bruno’s work applying mindfulness to child and adolescent populations. Mindfulness-based psychotherapies are a growing area and mindfulness.net.au provides a great starting point for clinicians to start their journey.

I've been practicing mindfulness for a few months and it's been pretty effective in reducing my anxiety. I started having my SA group do few minutes of mindfulness meditation to help everyone calm down.
