Hi folks,
I've already made a couple posts but neglected to introduce myself, so here I go. I'm a 47 y/o man living in Denver, Colorado. I have problems with low self-esteem, social anxiety, and severe chronic insomnia. I think I've finally started to make some progress recently, though. Anyway, I hope to get to know some of you here.
