When a child views Porn.... is that child abuse and why..??

In most cases, if a young child is viewing pornography it is with the urging or encouragement of an adult. And that is abuse. Among other things, it is a form of stealing childhood, prematurely exposing the child not only to sex and sexuality but to a very distorted version of sexuality.
