Procrastination explained

This may have been referred to before and I think that that the basis is something that's probably been discussed in other forums, but I haven't found a specific reference to it yet.

I suffer badly from procrastination and this blog is a great explanation of how procrastination works and ways it might be dealt with. It's certainly started me on the right road. If you've seen it before, sorry for the repetition, if you haven't, then enjoy!
