I am looking to find out what protocols and methods there are for taking sleeping pills.
Most of the literature is about WHICH pill to take, not about HOW to take them.

I search PubMed, but it's hard to find what terms to the medical research literature for.
I figure I'm just as likely to find the answer because it is in someone's brain and they might read this.
