Counter everyday stress with four relaxation sessions (exercises) created by psychologist and productivity expert, Neil Fiore, Ph.D. Over 28 minutes total.

The first session includes progressive muscle relaxation, which Dr. Fiore seems to suggest is a good alternative when doing a workout isn't possible.
