I know this is pretty obvious stuff, but I'd thought I'd share it. Recently, I have made a few lifestyle changes and they have had a very positive effect on my OCD symptoms.

1. Exercise regularly: Ever since I started running three times a week, I have felt the need to obsess has greatly decreased.

2. Cut back on caffeine: I only drink one cup of coffee a day now. This has also reduced the anxiety very much.

So there you have it, two really easy ways to improve your life. I can't believe I didn't try it earlier.

I too have been making lifestyle changes,making time for myself, and thinking positively, obsessions are much easier to deal with when they are positive in nature.

I find it very important to work on several small changes as lots of small changes will make for a big change.
