I've been surfing around for some time in these forums and have rather enjoyed the journey....it has touched my heart to see such an abundance of care and compassion....how refreshing.
Personally i am quite shy when it comes to public self-expression, however, i'm taking a 'baby step' and saying a warm hello to you all.
To give a little insight....i'm a 33 year old mother of two adorably active boys, 9 yrs and 11 mths...wife of a good hearted man...and lonely daughter and sister to family that reside out in western Canada.
The forums i have been drawn to the most include bulimia, body image, depression, anxiety & stress as well as fears & phobias.
Looking forward to making many new discoveries on this 'path of insights' you have all provided.
