I am woman in my mid thirties, I was seperated from my husband for two years. We have a 15 year old son. In December of last year my husband shot his then estranged girlfriend in the head, a few days after her murder he took his own life. It hasn't been two months yet, I am very mad and mixed up. I need someone to talk to me.

You have every reason to be angry, hon. Anger is a natural part of the grieving process, and the loss of anyone you know, friend or foe, can begin this process. People work their way through the process of grieving at different speeds, as we are each individuals. Just recognize that your anger is justified, and you'll probably feel a bit less confused about things.

What happened was a terrible waste, and you recognize that. Waste makes people angry. You're a people. ;)
