Hello from Ontario

Hi everyone

I am stay at home mom diagnosed with panic disorder 8 years ago.I was on medication for it and decided to go off this past summer for a break..a major panic attack has me again on medication,but it's only been 3 weeks in and it's been a hard road..2 steps foward...one step back

I hope to get to know you all better and lend as much support as I can:dimples:
